I am generally happier before purchase than after purchase, but this time I am happy after purchase too. This watch is all that it is advertised to be. I have checked the alt and it is right on each time...the watch is only within +-20 feet so maybe not good for someone who needs a closer look than that. I enjoy the ease of setting to new time zones. Yes, you will have to have someone put the right number of wrist links so the watch will fit as you like it, but that is to be expected from many w...... After much research between Casio and Suunto I picked this watch over the Suunto equivalent because of the latter's well documented history of unreliability. While the Casio is said to have less sensor accuracy, an accurate computer that is broken has no use whatsoever. Besides, a test I did today indicates that the Casio is an accurate weather tool itself.
Anyway, this is a well made, very easy to use watch with many desirable features. I especially like the Ti band has the low stink propertie...... I love Casio watches for about 20 years, when I fist saw the PAW1300T-7V, I decided I would try it. I needed a watch that was fairly light and easily readable. could not be better!!!...... Great watch. It was cheaper on Amazon than anywhere locally by about $100. ...... It's a great watch for the price! I have had this watch for a few months. And the solar cell has been working great, it has kept the battry constantly fully charged. I live in the Bay Area, and never had problem syncing with the atomic clock (except the first night I put it next to my iPhone, and the radio reception was completed screwed up by the cellular RF). I did notice it was unable to sync when I was traveling in Greece though (it was pretty far from the clock in Germany). I also like the ......

This watch works well, looks nice and is pretty easy to use. It has a lot of features (including a light which is a lost item nowadays). For the price, it's a great buy....... The watch is waterproof and having long time. It is simple to use. I like the features alarm, light, tells time and the style of this watch...... I ordered this item because I wanted a thin, inexpensive digital wristwatch that I could use when gardening, doing construction projects, or cleaning my garage. This way I won't mind it getting scratched (who will notice?) or dirty (just rinse it off!). I received mine in the mail this afternoon and it appears to be a perfect choice. The case is so slim that it should fit comfortably beneath the tightest shirt cuff worn on a cold winter day when pruning fruit trees in the orchard. With only a ca...... Very nice slim watch, keeps perfect time, watch is backlit, this is all the review I can add as this was a purchase for my spouse, he seems very happy with the purchase....... I've lost count of how many Casio watches I've owned. Every one of them has worked perfectly until either I beat them to death or their batteries died. In either case, replacing them was the logical option.
This is the second F-91W I've owned. The first still looks and runs perfectly after almost five years. The vinyl strap finally developed a crack and it was cheaper just to buy a new watch. I expect to replace this one in, say, four or five years...with another Casio, of course. ......

In a day and age where watches are fashion accessories this is a good watch. While I have a couple of Swiss Watches, including a T-Touch and a Longines, this is a stylish cheap watch that does not look out of place in a suit as well as casual wear. Not the easiest watch to work in terms of the buttons and a super small manual makes learning how to use it a bit tricky. It's smaller than I expected which is not a bad thing. But overall at the price who can complain. It's fun....... I fall in love this watch in first look. This is very nice in look and design. Only problem is that, Digital Display is not easily readable in day light. Casio has to think for improvement in this display. Feature wise this watch is very good as compare to price. I am sure you will be satisfied with this watch....... I love this watch. It looks fantastic with casual or business wear and is durable. I've worn it in professional venues, for casual and weekend wear, on vacation to England and Spain, and taken it backpacking in the backcountry of Southern Utah. It's feature-laden and does pretty much anything you could ask a watch to do. It's made of good quality materials and despite all I've put it through it still looks great. Granted I've put some scrapes and scratches on the band and face but they are minim...... I had high hopes for this watch. I used many chronograph watches but thought this ana-digi "hybrid" would give me the flexibility and many functions of a digital watch (1/00 second stopwatch and World Time among others) while looking like a cool analog watch. Using it for 6 months now, I am slightly disappointed. Here is why.
First the Pros: ~$50 a very good price for a watch in this class.
Cool square look is one of the very best I have seen for Casio. Definitely a good design.
The bracelet ...... I got this watch as a gift from a family member who saw it on sale and knows I like "techno-gimmicks". Alas, I like *USEFUL* techno-gimmicks -- this thing is just a piece of heavy jewelry.
POSITIVES: - Looks "elegant" yet "technical" - Weight helps build strength in watch arm
NEGATIVES: - Digital readings are hard to see at most angles - Analog hands obscure digital readings - Temperature feature shows wrist temperature (we care because...?) - Backlight stays on only 2 seconds even if you hold......
A great watch for globetrotters, this Casio men's stainless steel watch (model AW80D-1AV) enables you to easily track to time zones. It features an analog watch face that's supplemented by a digital window at the bottom, which can be set for a second time zone. It also offers a world time function with 29 time zones (30 cities), city code display, and daylight saving time on/off. Other timing features include a countdown timer (up to 24 hours), a 1/100-second digital stopwatch (with elapsed time, lap time, split time, and 1st/2nd place times), and three daily alarms (one with snooze).
Classically masculine, it has a round watch case with gray screw-down accents on the top of the case and a triple-link stainless steel bracelet band. The black dial is supplemented with luminous hands and hour markers, Arabic numerals around the outside of the dial, and small minute indexes. With the 30-page databank capability, you can store phone numbers and quick reminders (with up to 8 letters and 16 numerals per page). Other features include a 10-year battery life (CR2025 battery), auto calendar (programmed to the year 2099), LED light with Afterglow, and water resistance to 50 meters--suitable for swimming but not for diving.
I am very pleased with this watch, The only thing i would change is the volumn of the alarms,I can't hear them sometimes. Everything else is just fine....... Well, this coming August is going to be 5 years wearing, using and abusing this watch. No problems so far with it, the battery is still strong (the backligt feature has not dimmed at all) and water resistance is definitively there. I use it at least once a week for swimming in a pool, and I have taken it a few times for short dives in the ocean. Some people dismissed the data bank feature as "useless" or "a thing of the past" just because we have now so many other devices (blackberries, iphones,...... I bought this watch over half year ago. Now I am replacing the watch with a timex.
Well, First off, I know that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I personally think this watch looks good. Yes, it is not well balanced overall, but for $20? come on, looks great at that price.
I think the watch had the potential to be great, but it missed a couple of important things.
Durability: The face scratches easy. so be careful. The buttons, well, after this half year I owned it, the buttons started t...... Wonderful design. Easy to read, easy to change functions, no distracting sweep second hand, no stem sticking out, nice light, great alarms, good stopwatch and countdown timer, world time functions, and telephone memos. Classy metal band, reasonable water resistance and a disposable price! ...... Nice watch ... but no second hand. It would have been nice if the watch had a second hand but other than that the watch is great.......
